ABOUT Born from a need
About 3 years ago I needed to replace my iPod Video battery. Amazingly no one could offer me an assistance service and it was very difficult to get spare parts.DottorPod was born from experience at an assistance service centre in the UK, and in time has become a reference for spare parts and repair of Apple devices.
The majority of sellers focus on the "end" without taking into consideration the "way":The objective is to sell spare parts but without thinking that whoever buys them will later, most probably, have to deal with repair by themselves. The original Chinese plastic insert solution which is provided for repair of devices which were created to not be dismantled is a joke.
iSesamo was born after hundreds of help requests in opening iPods and iPhones and is having a considerable success Worldwide bringing it as a candidate in the Edison Awards 2012 .
